what gets me with this Chelsea team as we saw it then with jackson when shanco was on ball and lost it, instead of just going for the ball he moans he didnt get the pass. alot of chelesa players do that.

yeah his final finish isnt great and your right he never looks up. Hopefully he can change that in his game.
