Just a few things.. First of all I think that everyone-(pro-grant as a manager or not) would agree that it would have been much better & also would have gone down better with the fans if he had at least a bit more experience in managerial positions at a few other European clubs prior to becoming the Chelsea manager, But saying that I want to make a few points.. 1) first of all Israeli football has made quite a few noticeable steps forward in the last few years, as everyone have seen in the last EURO-2008 campaign & they got quite good results against very tough oppositions & situations (Just like in the game against Russia when the Russians thought they needed a win at all cost to qualify....great Shame it didn't prove to be true in the end ...). & these last campaigns came after two relatively very successful campaigns that Grant was in charge of the national team.. & lets not forget that at the time he took over the job from the Danish manager Richard Møller Nielsen(winner of the EURO-1992) that didn't manage to succeed very well with the Israeli side at his time there & they looked most of the time quite poor on the pitch to..) 2) maybe many here understandably would much prefer to forget this fact but, it was the Israeli side-Hapoel Tel-aviv that knocked Chelsea-fc out of the Uefa Cup only a few years ago, just to carry on to reach the 1/4 finals of the competition (if I remember right..), + a few other teams that have performed in at least quite a respectable way in the various European competitions, like for example(a win of Macabbi-Haifa on Manutd 3-0 at one stage in the Champions league after beating Olympiakos ,Parma & Milan once to (hopefully I remembered those ones to right sorry if not...), 3) Just another point.. Its true of course that Ten Cate Has had more experience in various European Clubs ext'.. But still many of those positions were as an assistant-(& probably a very successful one) & the biggest club he actually manged himself was Ajax, that is of course I nice respectable European club, but has not been able to perform very well (to say the least) together with other Dutch teams on the International stage now for years.. I'm not saying of course that the Israeli football is near the level of the Dutch Football but on the other hand Dutch football aint at the same level as English/Spanish/Italian ext.. Football either.. Just posting here the table & results of the 2006 World cup qualifying results-group4 while Grant was the Israel manager, It doesn't seem to me like a record of someone that does not have any International football experience & that cant be at least considered with same (if not more) experience than many of the other(not Chelsea) premiership teams managers.. 1) France-20 2) Switzerland-18 3) Israel-18 4) Republic of Ireland-17 5) Cyprus-4 6) Faroe Islands-1 France 0 – 0 Israel , Israel 2 – 1 Cyprus , Israel 2 – 2 Switzerland , Cyprus 1 – 2 Israel , Israel 1 – 1 Republic of Ireland , Israel 1 – 1 France , Republic of Ireland 2 – 2 Israel , Switzerland 1 – 1 Israel , Faroe Islands 0 – 2 Israel , Israel 2 – 1 Faroe Islands .

First of all its a fact that we are not in the position we all wanted to be in & that Arsenal have began to break away from the pack..& of course a win yesterday against the Liver's was very important to try & keep our campaign still live & kicking.. But! the simple fact is that Arsenal & also man-unt & even Liverpool yesterday have/had the last few weeks & months much better teams & squads than ours, with all the injuries we've had + the African cup, we have had a team that cannot realistically fight for the title!, but still I think that Grant managed to squeeze as much out from the team almost as humanly possible, at these extremely difficult & challenging times. Are any of you so sure that Mourinho would have got any better results if not worse in such circumstances that 2/3 of his first team are absent? How many coaches around the world could not pride themselves with the fact of not losing a single game if they we're in a similar scenario as Grant has been in the last few weeks & months? yes of course were all disappointed,.. but its also really not realistic nor fair to compare Chelsea's situation to any of the other top teams this season.. we can & should compare ourselves only to ourselves..& the only question I think we should be asking at this stage is.. are we so sure that any other coach in the world right now would have produced better results in this very irregular & difficult period the teams been through? and lets also not forget that at the beginning of the season much before Grants era, when almost all our first team was intact, we still didn't look good if not worse than our last couple of games, & the results were average to poor then to.

Well atleast!... at last its all out there in the open for here all to seewho have really been the Idoits that have been provoking all the recent infantile problems here in the forum.. http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o139/bl...silly/moran.jpg

of course you are 100% right in normal circumstances...but when you've got so many key players missing already & your about to face a frustrated very hungry Liverpool side that need a positive result by any means they can get, I don't think I know of many coaches in the world if any, that would give up one of their most important & experienced players like Lampard, I really don't think it was a case of Grant not grasping that players that have been injured need to come back to the game gradually..(I think he's still got enough experience in football & as a manager, to understand something so basic.) It was just a case of choosing the least worst option out of all the rest of the bad options that were at his disposal before the game.
-
No just found out it was some other guy/referee thats called Mike Dean & he was even worse than this one today & thats really a tough record to break by all means..
-
Wasn't that the same terrible referee that was at Grants first game against Man-unt & that made a whole mess of that game against us with his much over due extra time whistle(in the fist half)? & few other clumsy outrageous decisions during the rest of the game?.. or I'm i just imagining & it was another referee altogether even worse than this one today? ..

What a wasted chance by Alex..

Wasn't the most pretty half Ive ever seen...we are still playing with most of our 2-team & it is very noticeable.. anyway all's still open & up for the grabs so lets hope for & much better start to the next half & even a tiny 1-0 will do under these circumstances.. anyway I'm off to make myself & nice herbs cup of tea..call me if anything dramatic happens please!!!....

Great positive advice from both of you.. personally I agree a 100% with every word you wrote, & although it would have been the easiest thing for me right now to have started debating & arguing politics & to start answering back to all those that haven't spoken towards me in the nicest way & language lately(& thats really to say the least about it..) personally Ive decided for the sake of this forum that usually is really nice & "dandy" & for all the rest of the members here that didn't come in here for all this & quite rightfully want it all to end at last, I'm drawing my line in the sand..& as was said by you before, Lets just move on...
-
well atlast!..thats Exactly what I was trying to say here for days & even weeks, your radical extreme bios one sided, almost totally based on your own subjective emotions and not actual facts political & cultural views, & very vulgar style of language, DON'T interest anyone here except you & they don't have for sure any place in a forum that is supposed to be primarily all about Chelsea fc & for the fans, and should have nothing whatsoever to do with other totally unconnected & usually also very destructive issues like that.. so I'm glad we've agreed at last on something & as the old saying goes its always 'better late than never"... so if you feel the need to talk about your political & other views (in a more respectable & gentle way of course..) the best place here would probably be the "so bar" no doubt, & if for some reason you will prefer not to talk about it or take it to an entirely different site it would be even much better. END of subject for all I'm concerned.

First of all I don't know you & I wasn't referring to you or to any kindev "we"(like you wrote above) so I really don't know why you had to push yourself also into this discussion especially after apparently also not reading the thread properly, does this sound to yo like someone that just "doesn't like" Grant for pure professional reasons?!!!-"Now Israel, and Israeli clubs, were allowed to play in European competitions because none of the other Middle Eastern clubs or Countries would play them. Even Saudi Arabia thinks they're cunts." or this?..-"Concern for Benayoun, Lol, the Israelis dont even allow the Palestinians to play football, let alone have electricity or food and water." and afterwords you really expect someone to except & believe that when he says thing like "Same , but I exclude Grunt the Cunt."-(its from a pure professional dislike of Grants football skills?), and don't forget that its the same guy that just said only a few threads ago..-"and CM is right Jews do have a knack of positioning themselves where all the dosh is." Well if you all want to play it deaf dumb & stupid & want to continue & carry on fooling yourselves that everything was just said in a pure innocent professional intent about Grant, Carry on, but I'm not nor anyone else with a bit more sense & honesty are going to play this crap idiotic game with you.

I think you got it slightly wrong Mr "Moderator" for what ever that means.. the ONLY one that is using constant propaganda around the various Chelsea circles is you & your similar kind, with your cultural stereotypes, nationalistic, anti Israeli, & at the best side also understanding of terrorists & at the worst even actual pro-terrorist remarks, (and let me remind or tell to who ever maybe didn't know that it was a poor woman of 71 that was murdered & her husband was injured very badly while they were just sitting & resting for a few minutes on a bench, among other several people that were injured severely in the terrorist attack at Dimona's shopping center a couple of days ago, & to ad to all that, unfortunately also one of those people that was injured relatively more mildly died later over night from a heart attack he suffered as a result of the attack). your negative primitive stereotypes, anti Israeli & other similar propaganda remarks have nothing what so ever to do with Chelsea fc & just with your own private extreme ignorance, totally wrong upbringing or maybe just serious psychological problems. & the really most ridicules whole thing about this is that you are actually called here on this site a-Moderator.. haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaa ha ha ha ha ha............ what a really sad joke, you have probably some of the most extreme twisted views Ive heard for a very long time, you & MODERATION are as close & similar to each other just as much & more as the Siberian plains to the Sahara desert dunes.

I just wanted to make one thing clear about my post here above, i didn't mean by anyway in what I wrote their anything to do with the remark that "Bluelion" made after the game about grant, it was just an impulsive remark he made by mistake & very quickly was honest & humble enough also to apologize about it, What I wrote about is a kinde trend that I have seen to many times in all the different Chelsea forums even from the first win of 6-1 against Mcity (that I think that Ten Cate was only a couple of days or more in his new job...)-already then many people had the nerve & the stupidity to write that it was all Cates good work & it had nothing what so ever to do with Grant, but still these same clowns blame Grant ON every poor or even just fair result or performance, & these ridicules hypocrite double standard attitudes are still carrying on until today by many of those same fans.
-
Its really so ridiculous that many of the same people here that are never ready to give any credit what so ever to Grant when the team is doing well & is having a great run, that keep on saying that its not him thats running the team, he's just a Muppet & its only Ten Cate & Clark that are actually running the show, are the first totally shameless hypocrites to jump each time the team doesn't get the best possible result to blame the head manager-Grant for all what happened.. come on what a joke you are..you cant have it all ways you know?!.. why don't you just decide once & for all who you think is really running the team & try to show at least a little bit more credibility & to stick to your own opinions & sayings about the manager, if you are actually capable of it of course..
-
HI Captainmarvel thanks allot for the information (& also Bluelion & Elliott thanks mates to..) I really couldn't understand what was going with that funny problem there, & the truth is that there seems to be quite a few similar types of bugs on this site, for example it takes me sometimes up to ten times until I manage to log-in here with my membership-nick, and afterwords it disconnects me so many times, so each time I need to try & log-in all from the start again-(& that means of course sometimes another 5-10 attempts until I manage to get in again..) does it happen to you to or is it only my problem here? anyway its really nice to see that there are still a few nice people here that can be friendly & helpful & that don't find the need to swear or use other offensive & abusive foul language in every second sentence they use, although unfortunately it seems that the likes of you gal/guys in this forum are still very much to few & far between.
-
Ohhh! Iam so sorry mate I just saw this add of yours now, I understood of course you had some kindev serious problem before, but I really didn't Know that your situation was as bad as that, but anyway Iam really really sorry I would have loved to help you out if I if I had the time, but you know how it is with the intensive modern day life schedule & all that stuff, I really aint got any of the extra spares to volunteer & help out the poor mind disabled minded as your self right now, but I am sure you'll manage to find some other adult or child from the forum here to help you out in the end-(although Iam afraid it seems there might be more demand for help than supply around this forum..) but don't worry about it at least you've got enough disabled childish people of the likes of you around here to keep you company for the time being, thats also something to stay cheerful about isn't it therrrrr...

Well first of I am very glad to hear that Cm isn't antisemitic, racist or any other of the such likes of trash.. I don't know why everyone here got stuck on the wrong notion & fact that the whole reason that I wrote what I wrote was because someone used the "yid" word?(and of course i knew that it's the spurs Nick already, where do you think I came from?.. out of space??).... I explained it a few times that it wasn't the main problem with what was written there, but the implication there that Jews-"yids" in general "bite at wedges" & take advantage or even create divisions on purpose between people just to get to the money, I think that anyone would understand that sayings like that or similar sayings like have been mentioned here that Jews Always hang around the "dosh" & things like that are very problematic, in-less said in the most humorous of fashions can easy be interpreted as offensive racially & motivaited remarks, well as I already wrote Iam very glad that isn't the real case here and the things weren't said from a racial or other intent, But still I think that people should try a bit harder not to cross these fine lines as much as possible because at the end of the day you can never actually know what some persons actual intention was you only see what he wrote, Secondly yes you were all of course right I am a fanatic Spurs fan.. so much so that I can't wait for us-(Spurs) to be crushed by Chelsea at least 6-0 hopefully in the Carling cup..so when are you coming to Wembley already?.. I love it sooooooo much when Chelsea beats & kicks us out of important competitions & things like that...
-
its not working right sorry..each time I write a single letter it changes into the word-and for some stupid reason ..anyway I meant to write about the black community the words negr.. like some idiots here write yid.. about the jews, anyway sorry again about the double posts you can just rub them off..
-
Sorry again Ive got here for some reason a weird problem writing with my computer here in the forum I wanted to write there-(hopefully for the last time..) the-(and) word, not the "and" word.
-
I meant there above "the and word referring to the black community" and not the "and"-word, like I wrote there by mistake.
-
yeah.. but its quite interesting & even shocking in away that Iam quite sure that no one here would ever dare to use-(thank goodness at least for that..) the "and" word referring to the black community or any of the black players of the team, & would have never of written here in an offending degrading & such a generalizing way about there religion or culture, but for some non understandable "funny" reason when they write in an extremely negative & degrading way about the owner of the team his manager & one of the teams players religion & culture in the most ignorant degrading & generalizing way like he did & few other of the writers here that followed him did, when they tried in the most ridicules & sometimes also in the most prejudice and racist ways anyone could ever imagine to defend him & what he wrote, It seems to them much more "normal" and o.k and it turns out to be even more acceptable for some totally unconceivable reason also with some of the other members of the forum here. And by the way the "Terms & rules" here of the site (look at the top of this page) are more than 100% clear about such use of foul language & substance & with an almost zero tolerance to such racist & offensive language, so if anyone here has got any kind of problem with that he can or force him self to shut his big gob up, or go & find the exit way out of the forum, its their choice what they decide to do but know one else here has to listen to all there load of crap foul language.
-
Well Iam really glad to hear that & that you feel that way, & lets try & be as optimistic as possible & hope that your figures of 99.9% are even remotely close to the reality.. for the sake of the future of this club, and the World..... and by the way the guy's remark there was much more than just saying the word "yid"(that may have been some short of yiddish in the past, I dont know), it was about the whole context & meaning of what he wrote there about those "yids" he referred to, Its a big enough problem he used that word, that as I understand isn't used any more usually in a positive manner or as a short of "yiddish" or anything like that for all I know, but again that wasn't the main point, it was much more about what he wrote about those "yid" people, and much less about the use of that word itself.
-
And actually the more that the time goes by & I hear in different Chelsea forums quite a substantial amount of racial remarks, some more hidden carefully between the lines but still unmistakable and a few others much more blunt, like the one that was referred to before, Iam starting to think that this club might really not deserve the likes of Abramovich & Grant (that are both "yids" of course for anyone that may of forgot by mistake), this team was just another average team before RA took over & massively invested his money into it, & its about time that people here & elsewhere would start to acknowledge that it wasn't Mourinho that actually managed to turn this team around & to turn it into the world class performer it is. but it was actually R.Abramovich's doing, (although I think that Mourinho was a very good coach and he still had his positive part & influance on the change that could never be taken from him of course) . but I must say, as the time goes by Iam starting to think that maybe all this team deserves is someone like Ken Bates with his kind of financial abilities to invest in the squad and to turn back again into another average mid-table team, & then you can maybe go & bring Mourinho back to coach Chelsea & will see if he would do as good & win as much silverware he did under RA, with his new & much more financially limited owner, just like if Mourinho for example would of couched the likes of Everton or Spurs, do you really think he could have done anywhere close as well he did with Chelsea?, I doubt it allot! (& that is even an understatement in my opinion).
-
Frankly my (....) I don't give a damn..how you intend to treat my remarks or not, and lets just make one thing clear I don't receive from you "chances" or anything else for that matter, & anyway I wouldn't ever except anything from you or anyone else that writes or talks in a similar fashion like you did there, for anything in the world. I think that people that make any kind of deliberate offensive racist remarks like you did should be kicked out and shunned from any possible forum(virtual or not), just like certain fans would be banned from the stands of any given stadium & sometimes could be even criminally charged if they would use racial & offensive language & actions in their chants & behavior, there shouldn't be any exception here just because its an anonymous virtual type of forum, And just to remind everyone what was that racist antisemitic "yids" remark you made there, here it is again..- - "If he was half the man he would have accepted that, in no way was qualified for this position, But he bit and took the wedge, shouldnt be surprised, yid after all."-(end of quote), I think that anyone that would except & not feel any need to protest words of that sought probably should also go & get him/er checked for their sickness.
