I think dropping AVB would be a superficial and unprofessional move. He's not the problem. The players are the big problem. I can't see any determination. They seem bored, specially the old ones: Terry, Malouda, or Cole. We need fresh blood. We need McEachran in, we need Bertrand, we need Lucas Piazon, we need Lukaku. Those who still hope we can win the title are naive, no ofense. That means AVB should really give chances to the young players. It's now or never.
2009-2010 season: Chelsea - Liverpool 2-0 Liverpool - Chelsea 0-2 Chelsea - United 1-0 United - Chelsea 1-2 Arsenal - Chelsea 0-3 Chelsea - Arsenal 2-0 12 goals scored, 1 conceded. 2010-2011 season: Liverpool - Chelsea 2-0 Chelsea - Liverpool 0-1 Chelsea - United 2-1 United - Chelsea 2-1 Chelsea - Arsenal 2-0 Arsenal - Chelsea 3-1 6 goals scored, 9 conceded. 2011-2012 season Chelsea - Liverpool 1-2 Liverpool - Chelsea ?-? United - Chelsea 3-1 Chelsea - United ?-? Chelsea - Arsenal 3-5 Arsenal - Chelsea ?-? 5 goals scored, 10 conceded Sexy football!
This is unacceptable. Not only our attack is as bad as it was in the worst days last season, but now our defence is pure shit too. Do we even have a midfield line? 1-3 against United, 3-5 against Arsenal, 1-2 against Liverpool. I don't even want to think about the City game.
Even if we win this, the things are still unacceptable. We've been poor the whole season. I can't see any creativity in our game, I can't see any speed. Sometimes, our playmaker is David Luiz. We can't put the blame only on Villas-Boas, but he needs to ask himself a few questions or Roman will call Hiddink as soon as possible.
I don't know. They're just criticizing Torres, and you can't say they're wrong. Patience is not easy to get, and Torres is kinda playing with everybody's emotions. About respect...I, personally, don't have any respect at all for those who became Chelsea fans after The Blues signed Torres.
He does everything but hitting the ball properly. I like him and I want him to play good for Chelsea, but it's been almost a year and we're still wating for the old "El Nino" to shine again. For how long do we still have to find excuses for him?
The problem with our attack is that the movement is really poor. Everybody seems to be waiting for the ball to come to them by itself. Barcelona's players, for example, move permanently in order to get the ball, pass it and score.
