Gordon is a great player what are you talking about, we have have some fantastic players under Roman and some absolute dross aswell, palmer and caicedo for example would fit in most teams Roman made, no one is brain washed but this is how the club is now…. Lukakuu springs to mind in a way he had a few good seasons at West Brom, but at Utd and Chelsea was utter shite, went to the Italian league and it just suits him, some players find there level in other leagues and thrive, premier league isn’t for everyone, that’s one good thing I see about bringing these kids in young to play in the league.

Or the board showed us what clowns they are, easy to sit and point fingers at ppl like the manager for picking or been given a player, football managers don’t normally pick a player by name and say I want him, they give the profile of the player they want to the scout guys and they “scout” the profile of player the manager has asks for, managers don’t have that sort of power unless your some one like a wenger at arsenal or a fergi at Utd. If this was the case just get rid of all the scouting department and just let the manager watch YouTube highlight clips when he gets home.
