When I saw the team line before the game I wrote that we were giving the opposition a 2 goal start. Also with Ivanovic and Fabregas in the team we are playing with 9 men. Neither should be playing and as long as they do the results will continue to be very poor until they are both dropped. Consider this as a player you see your team mate is playing crap but doesn't get balled out or singled out by the manager and then continues to play every game. How would you feel about it. Guess you feel resentful especially if after 1 bad game you were critised and dropped by that same manager. That is what had happened in the dressing room. Jose has made a point of singling out certain players after poor performances yet others are never mentioned. A dressing room full of resentfull players doesn't make for a good team. Jose has his favorites that is the real bone of contention with the players.

Jose is orchestrating his own demise. Truly believe that he wants out as he doesn't behave like a manager desperate for a win. Team selections are nonsensical, substitution a joke and he doesn't appear to have any game plans.

Oscar has only played 3 games this season and we have all. Hazard has played 5 and barely produced like so many others in the team

Need to get RLC or Ramires on to add some bite in Midfield. Get Fabregas off hasn't created anything. Hazard had been anonymous. What is going.on with him?

You obviously haven't seen Iva play recently. Iva poor form started in pre season. It should be noted that everytime he plays we concede. Baba plays well in mid week and we keep our first clean sheet and you deride the player. What are you watching? Play Iva if you fancy conceding goals. Last week he couldn't handle an average player like Naismith This week he'd have to handle Sanchez. On current form no chance of being able to even live with Sanchez.

JM is starting to believe is own hype as the new God father of the Premier league replacing SAF. The problem is SAF was ruthless, innovative, clever and never ever thought his league winning team's couldn't be improved upon. JM decided early on that we didn't need recruitments or that we didn't needed to improve our overall play. Barca and Bayern win leagues but still improve their squads and improve or change playing styles. So why don't we? Arrogance JM is suppose to be innovative but he's stood still so we haven't changed our formation or player profile. Every team we now play knows our players and style. We use to be a team that could mix it up playing either a long ball, short passing, physical or tactical game. Now we are so one dimensional that it's predictable and poor. JM needs to play players in their correct positions at the back that's a foregone conclusion. He needs to have physical imposing mobile midfielders with the remit to close down and destroy the opposition creative players and get the ball to our wide players who should be hugging the touchline and not constantly cutting inside. All our play is through the middle at such a laboured pace. We need to utilise Hazards, Kenedy, Pedro or Willian's pace purely as wingers who cross the ball. Get up and down the line. Play a 4-4-2 with Costa/Falcao along side Remy who by nature is a poacher. Someone Remy/Oscar can play off in and around the box. Team Gk Begovic Def. Baba Terry Cahill Azpli WL. Hazard/Kenedy CM. Matic Ramires/Lotus WR. Pedro/Willian FWD. Costa/Falcao Remy/Oscar. This team will get us back to basics and give us a solid foundation to work from. Allow us to play back to front quickly either direct or wide. Stop us from being exposed down the flanks.

Methinks that some of the current 1st team are likely to shipped out at the end of the season. It clear that certain members of this squad seem to believe they are on a busman's holiday or have reached their sell by date. This is Chelsea so we shouldn't need to be carrying players with no drive or determination.
