And selling Mata - although he was player of the season contender - is just an example of how a good player can be sold by Chelsea, not because he is bad but simply because he wasn't able to impress the coach or didn't adapt to Chelsea's playing style. Salah could be a similar example, although he has even scored goals with and against Chelsea. I just can't understand why did Mourinho buy him if he will not use him. Mourinho had previosuly admitted that Salah will need time to adapt like few other players (such as Churrle and others), hence it is unclear to me why he doesn't let him play at least few minutes as a Sub. And those who say Salah will be a sub even with Spurs or Everton, I tell them just watch Basel against Spurs last season and see how Salah played, scored, and what he did with Gareth Bale. The guy simply needs to play more often. Not saying full games, but just more often.

why not..he is not being used with Chelsea (how many games this season where he wasn't even selected as a sub)...so both sides will benefit...Chelsea will get another player to be used..and Salah will have a chance to play more regularly..something that he needs at this age and at this stage of his career... Although I consider Everton stronger than Spurs, but I still prefer if he goes to Spurs as his style may fit better there and he may have a more regular appearance compared to Everton IMO

Some players like Oscar, Schurrle, Willian, and sometimes Ivan can shoot this way and have actually scored some goals with this technique (such as Oscar's goal in Bolton's game). I think if Salah wants to be more versatile he has to be capable of shooting this way from short and long distance, and not only the classic way of coming from the right side and shooting towards the left corner

Actually Salah made some good crosses during the game...one of them to Schurrle (header) that should have been scored, and remember he was playing on the right side so i think he can deliver more crosses if he plays on the left side because he is left footed ... I think Salah needs to focus on shooting properly. On various occasions he was in a position to shoot but he prefers to pass. It is good that he doesn't want to be selfish..but sometimes he has to be selfish and try to shoot...look at Schurrle how many shots he had against Bolton...Salah needs to be more confident and not scared of shooting when he can, but he needs also to improve his shots strength and accuracy

Very good first half..IMO still need to shoot more with confidence ...look at Schurrle!

Young players proved what they can do in 1st half, don't know what happened in 2nd half... Could be lack of games fitness

Salah...i hope you listen this time...forget about shining in Chelsea...move to another club ...be it Liverpool or any other suitable team in England / Spain / Germany / Italy / Portugal...either Jose doesn't know how to use your skills , or you are unable to adapt to Chelsea's style..it doesn't matter now...and it happens with many players, it is not unusual...so don't be afraid of taking that step and move to another place where you can utilize your skills before you get too much rust...I personally would have loved if you stay in Chelsea..but how do you feel when you are sub in all games and sometimes not being even selected as a sub
