  1. Store Manager fr Quiksilver in Aberdeen. Been there since May, my first own store. Very challenging but love the brand and looking at photos of Kelly Slater in the shop makes the day pass, lol.
  2. I'll be in London next Fri-Mon for the Burnley game and Notting Hill carnival. I'll be staying with my ex in Notting Hill. But if anyone fancies a drink or a meet up at some point drop me a message.
  3. Possibly 24 Most Embarrasing moment> Hmmm falling off a motorbike on holiday (or should I say a scooter) hehe. And last question. Obvious answer would be Ballack. BUT I won't say him. I'll go for Ray Wilkins. I know he's not a player but he would have great banter and some interesting stories from over the years. Obviously half way through I would leave him to hook up with Ballack! Hehe.
  4. Some boring sods here . Mine would beeeeeeeee. 1. Buy some rights for CH4 and get rid of rubbish like Big Brother. 2. Buy a beach front house in Camps Bay in Cape Town and a nice country house in Tuscany. 3. Buy a fab little camper van and do a road trip all through Oz, would be awesome! 4. Invest wisely in charities. My personal choices would be Red Cross and NSPCC. 5. AND SINCE I'VE BEEN TOO SENSIBLE!! Last one would have to be a complete makeover. Demi Moore style. And then I can get my little people at CH4 to make a programme dedicated to me, lol. Oh and somewhere in there I would buy a house in Wimbledon next to Ballacks . Simone is welcome too, lol.
  5. I have a Blackberry Pearl on Orange contract. Fantastic for work and internet. Actually it's ridiculous how addicted I am to it! I'm £30 a month for 500mins, 500 texts and unlimited internet. I hardly use the texts as Blackberry has something called "pin" which is an instant messaging thingy for blackberry uses, so you can message other blackberry uses for free and still have your text allowance on top of it. All my mates are on Blackberry, so its cheap for us. It also puts an icon on your phone everytime you get an msn, facebook or pin message or email. It also charges either with a charger or via your pc, very handy.
  6. Haha, I'm quite partial to a bit of baldness!
  7. I have 3 tattoos and getting a 4th in two weeks!! First tattoo is the bottom of my neck and says "Chelsea" in fancy writing. Second is a small black star on my inner wrist and my third which I got last month is a tribal one on my arm which I designed myself. I want "spread your wings and prepare to fly" written in small elvish writing on my other inner wrist. And girls, the Chelsea tattoo is a pulling magnet! Hehe .
  8. Haha, true!! Hi Kez, nice to meet you .
  9. He sounds seem very grounded and he stays out of the tabloids, which is a bonus. Seems focused and a pro. Bit like Zola in that aspect.
  10. Oh I won't. I love a good debate . Just make sure you are fair when it comes to the little kaiser. Lol.
  11. I agree that Mikel is young enough to be moulded into the type of player we need in that position. But with Essien put him anywhere and he delivers to the best of his ability. He has proven himself as an able defender and with a bit of work could do well in the holding role. I am a big fan of Mikel's, I just feel nervous with him playing there. Maka used to sweep up the mess and at times you would forget that he was there. I'm not convinced that Mikel is as hard a grafter yet. Time will tell though. Diarra would be awesome had we kept him.
  12. I like the look of that but as has already been said we aren't going to get the best out of Lamps there. Mikel shouldn't be an automatic starter, one for the future now that he's commited himself to the club but I would be nervous having him holding in the big games. He seemed off his game against UTD and in my opinion gave a half-arsed performance.
  13. Is it just me who feels uneasy about the diamond formation? I like Mikel but he hasn't convinced me at all in the holding role, I would opt for Essien or Ballack there, bit more experience. Defintely lacked width. I'm aware that this might change once JC is back in the team, but I don't think we are getting the best out of Lamps by playing the diamond. Thought Drogba was excellent today, looked very sharp. Kalou looked good too, would have preferred to see Sturridge though. But overall very good game, some positives defintely in that we didn't look goal shy for a change. Let's hope the Mancs and Scousers drop some early points tomorrow .
  14. Hey!! Just thought I would re-introduce myself. I was on this site a few seasons back with the name "Toyah" I think. Gosh my memory sucks. Anyway I thought I would register again as this site was always good for banter. Looking forward to a great season for the Blues. Although I am still gutted that we couldn't keep Hiddink.
