Question about video speed

We have some good video creators here.
Perhaps you can answer me this question:
The speed of the videos we see is always exactly the same as the speed on the pitch or not ?
I 'm not talking about slow motion replays or fast fowards, because those are made intentionally.
I 'm talking about the normal flow of the match.
