I'm writing this here because the match thread has been closed. I'm getting confused, BlueLion gets 1pt for Chelsea 1-0 Tottenham. I get 0pts for Chelsea 3-1 Tottenham. I take it BlueLion got a point for saying Chelsea scored 1, so what about me (and TrueBlue) saying that Tottenham scored 1. Confused.com. I'm not being funny but help lol. I know its not gonna make any difference to my bid of winning this thing but its just bugging me a bit.

Okay, regarding the scoring system for the scoreline. If you get a perfect scoreline and predict 3-1 and it is 3-1 to the team you predicted to win, then you get two points; one for correctly identifying the score of each team respectively. You get one point for predicting the score margin, ie a game you predicted to win 4-2 ends 2-0. So I predicted 1-0 to Chelsea; I get 1 point for correctly predicting Chelsea to score one goal, whereas you predicted Chelsea to score 3 goals and Spurs to score 1; neither of which occurred. Hope this clears things.

i wouldve though extra time wouldnt count because predictions are usually meant for 90mins. it was 1-1 after 90 mins so that means that tottenham did score 1. Anyway maybe theres a rule about extra time counting that i didnt read.

As stated in the Rules topic:

If a game is drawn after 90 minutes and the game is settled in extra-time, the scoring is the same. However, if the game is decided on penalties, the correct result is a draw.
