Questionnaire, please read

Hello, I am a polish student from University of Warsaw and I need help of respondents. I'm interested in english football and my researches concerns the popularity of english football clubs in the UK, Ireland, Europe and whole the world. I've prepared a small questionnaire with 15 questions (it takes about 2 minutes to complete it) and I need your participation.

This is a polish website, but I registered a small instruction, questions and suggestions in english.
