Helloo Blues! My name is Andy and I am from Hong Kong! New to here and I am super excited to see the boys back in action!

I would need your help guys... I am towards the end of completing my study and I want to dedicate my last project to my club - Chelsea! I have been reading the reviews on the App store on Chelsea's digital platform and the user experience could be much better.

As a Chelsea fan who has been supporting the club for 13 years and living abroad, I feel like the club hasn't really able to connect the fans together and building a solid platform for us, the fans to speak with each other. Also, I find the contents are not engaging enough to keep us using the app. Personally, I would even like to have the option to buy tickets on the app as I find the ticket information on the current website is rather confusing.
