Top Chants

I'm a big Chelsea supporter, but as I live in the US I don't get to attend many matches.  I'm fortunate enough to be traveling to London soon (for work) and will get a chance to attend my 2nd match ever.  I know a couple of the chants that I can make out over the TV broadcast.  I want to learn a few more so that I can fully participate in the match.   What are the most frequently used chants that I should learn?
