Capital One Cup holders Chelsea have been drawn away to League One side Walsall in the competition's Third Round.

Elsewhere, Tottenham host Arsenal and there is a Midlands derby to be contested between Aston Villa and Birmingham City.

Manchester City travel to Sunderland, whilst Carlisle's reward for beating Queens Park Rangers is an away tie at Anfield against Liverpool.
