A lot of clubs are, but it is always Chelsea highlighted or fined for it.

If we weren't doing it they wouldn't be able to highlight it, simple really. I don't know why no-one seems prepared to admit this is an ugly feature of our game and although we're not the only one's to do it, we probably are the biggest culprits.

Because it's been identified as a feature of our game, we seem to do it more than anyone else in the prem so we've brought it on ourselves.
