Kalou can't play on the wing, all wing play was lost when Ranieri left and Jose bought every central midfielder he could. Another reason why Robben and Duff couldn't succeed. But I do agree that I don't really see him as a striker either, as with the squad as it is, he doesn't really have a role. BTW: FatFrank'sBakery is semi-ironic in an an affectionate way!

He's interviewed in this week's ShortList - http://www.shortlist.com/sport/article/the-salomon-kalou-interview/1 He talks about how he would have 20 goals to his name this season if he had more playing time. Is this the case? Because it does seem he constantly provides the goods as a sub (usually when the game's already won, mind)
