Last year Hazard looks "average". James not playing because Zidan doesn't like him, simply doesn't fit. When Ancelotti was a coach his statistics was amazing, 14 goals and 15 assists. For example Hazard was the best player in PL same year with 17 goals and 11 assists. Loan bid sounds just crazy and don't want to think how moronic would be from Chelsea FC to seriously approach a club like Real Madrid with attempt to loan such a superstar. Sounds unprofessional and shows total lack of respect.

Most likely off. Chelsea wasn't connected with him for a long time or very long time seriously and today's 29-th. Bunch of mediocre connected in last weeks, probably one of them coming..

Invest doesn't mean just in transfers. £343 million over two seasons isn't huge amount for a big club.

He said that on TV a month ago, watched that personally. I'm not his lawyer and don't know what's in contract but he said 200m per season for new players. The point is they don't need money right now.

AC Milan currently can spend more money then we can. Their project starting from January 2017 and in the next 2 years will invest over € +200m to bring them where they belong. That's written in contract before Berluconi sold the club.

Unstable club politics. Every manager brings something different. Our defense is finished. That's why we're trying to bring top defender for 3 years. Unfortunately right now we don't need only 1, if we're going to push for the titles in PL and CL we need more than just CB or FB..

By reports his price between € 17-22m .. Many things doesn't fit right at all in this one. Sources keep saying he's waiting for top 3 clubs. Real Madrid have Marcelo and just brought back Coentrao, Bayern have Alaba and Bernat with Lham, Barselona Alba and Digne... So won't happen. It's strange only unreliable sources from time to time connecting him with Chelsea, Arsenal, United.... If he's that good with price of 17-22m, 10 clubs would go into a public bidding war for him. Plus, his release clause of 20m expired this summer so basically was an easy target for any club.

Bernardo Brovarone the Fifa agent in Italy said that Napoli really want Maksimovic and offered 30m because wants the deal so hard but he also said how can't believe how crazy the market is because giving a 30m for a player like Maksimovic is absolutely madness because he's worth is way less than 30m..
