Happy we won our final game. Comebacks are always satisfying. Schurrle did very well when he came on. Gutted Dave didn't score though! CAREFREE

Last day of the season and there is absolutely zero chance we finish above or below 3rd place, so let's use this game as a final bow a couple of legends and field some of our young talent and see what they are made of. CECH; KALAS, Terry, AKE, COLE; VAN GINKEL, Matic, Lampard; Hazard, Whoever, Schurrle Whoever plays we should smash these sheep shagging c*nts up the shitcreek. 1-4 the Blues. CAREFREE

Still haven't gotten over Sunday. So weak and measly all over. That is how not to end a season at home, when even if you have nothing to play for you must put on a show to thank us fans who spend our money on season tickets. Unacceptable. Cole was MotM, and Hazard did well when he came on - but is that his last game at the Bridge in a Chelsea shirt? Hope not. CAREFREE

Can't see us finishing higher than 3rd or indeed lower than 3rd, but let's get back to winning ways at home after two consecutive losses here and end the season on a high. Cech; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta; Lampard, Matic; Salah, Oscar, Hazard; Ba Norwich are turd, we should win. I'd like to see kids given a chance now but not expecting much - we don't tend to play our fledglings regardless of situation. Comfortable 2-0 win. CAREFREE

Grim stuff. Just got to accept Atletico were the better team and move on. Always next year. CAREFREE P.S. Diego Costa was wank.

Buzzing for this after yesterday. Will be extremely tough especially given our absentees and cos the onus will be on us as the home team which plays in to Atletico's hands but rule us out at your peril. Schwarzer; Azpilicueta, Ivanovic, Kalas, Cole; Ramires, Luiz, Oscar; Willian, Torres, Hazard That's how I think we'll line up, though Hazard won't last the full 90 so we could do with scoring while he's on the pitch. COME ON CHELSEA
-
Wow, what a fucking win. Probably our best result of the season given Liverpool's form of late. They have blown most teams away but we were just too solid and didn't allow it. Schwarzer, Kalas and Matic were absolutely phenomenal yesterday. Still likely we finish 3rd but an incredible victory nonetheless and should provide the boys a big boost ahead of Wednesday night. Well this feels anti-climactic to say the least. Barring our monstrous fuck-up last week it would virtually be a winner-takes-all title-decider. Nonetheless, I hope we at least put up a fight. God knows what team we'll field. I reckon... Schwarzer; Azpilicueta, Ivanovic, Cahill, Cole; Mikel, Matic; Salah, Lampard, Schurrle; Ba. Let's face it, that's still a strong side. I'd like Hazard to get some minutes too for fitness purposes ahead of the Atletico second leg. Liverpool will beat us most likely but I would hate to see us thrashed. 3-1 probably. CAREFREE

Wretched stuff. Really was as dull a game as you're ever likely to witness. Cech and JT injuries very untimely too. Hope Petr is fit for the World Cup. Gaz Cahill MotM, was an absolute rock. Ash Cole showing what a great player he is able to come out of the cold and do as well as he did too. On the brightside, I got my end away with some fit secretary in the capital. That was far more memorable than the game itself

Can see this being a very depressing evening if I'm honest. Atletico remind me of us in 2004/05 in many ways. Watertight defence, ridiculous work ethic, beast of a striker, hugely talented young manager. Will be surprised if we even score, especially if Hazard doesn't play. My preferred XI - Cech; Azpilicueta; Cahill, Terry, Cole; Ramires, Mikel, Luiz; Schurrle, Eto'o, Hazard. In other words, keep it tight and somehow hope Ramires doesn't do something daft and that Hazard comes up with the goods. 2-0 to Atletico. Not bad enough for the tie to be 100% over, but pretty much so. CAREFREE
-
That was a fucking travesty. Dreadful from the boys. Should be ashamed. Ramires is scum. Does the hideous stuff far too often. Seasons in tatters if we lose at Atletico. Our reliance on Hazard is insane. Should have kept Mata. CAREFREE I'm off to get laid.

Big game to kickstart the most vital 11 days in our season - this spell will define it. Hazard, fit or not, shouldn't start. Bench at best. Need him fit and firing for Liverpool and Atletico to stand a chance in those games. Apart from that, I think the team tomorrow will be interesting. I'm sure Jose will rest one or two others for Tuesday. Here's what I think we'll line up with: Cech; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta; Ramires, Matic; Salah, Willian, Schurrle; Ba. Sunderland aren't very good, we just need to ensure it's game over by the hour mark or they'll make it nervous like they did at Anfield and City. 2-0 - Ba with both. CHELSEA, CHELSEA, CHELSEA
-
Well we got the win, and that was all that mattered given the result in the Liverpool v Man City game. Puts us in a good position. Three gimmes, two at fortress Stamford Bridge against relegation cloggers and an away one at the worst team in the league. I think we'll win all three of them and it'll all come down to our match at Anfield in two weeks time. Getting goosebumps thinking about it. Ba did well, lead the line to a high standard. Cech and Matic our only other standout performers, everyone else ranged from poor to average. Fortunate Chico Flores is an idiot and got himself sent off, else we would probably drawn 0-0 or lost 1-0. But who cares, we won! CAREFREE

Fuck Spurs. As for the game, I'm confident. Swansea away isn't easy on paper but I think their style of play plays right in to Jose's hands. They can pass the ball as much as they want, we'll nick it off them and then BAM, straight at the other end and actually causing problems. 0-2. P.S. Liverpool v Man City, in order of preference, resultswise, it goes Liverpool win > draw > City win. The Liverpool win cos then WE, US, CHELSEA, THE TEAM WE SUPPORT, have a better chance of winning the league. Wanting them to lose to deny them the title smacks of smalltime. I think it'll finish 2-1 to Liverpool.
-
You're a complete cunt, using a tragedy to back up a post of contempt. Fuck having fans like you support the Blues, fuck right off.
-
Wowza! I knew we had it in us, after all I did predict a 2-0 win in the pre-match thread, but still, it's a great feeling. Top performance, too, against a lacklustre PSG. Nice finish by Schurrle for the first and Ba with his Torres v Barca moment to nick the tie on away goals late on. That'll do pet, that'll do. MotM Cahill for me, led from the back superbly. Schurrle very impressive too in his time on the pitch. We deserved the win, outplayed them for most parts. Only sour note is we now are likely to get knocked out by Barcelona or Real Madrid in the semi final when they get help from the referees. Meh. Enjoy tonight chaps. I'm off to get laid! CAREFREE

Huge game. No Ibrahimovic for them is a massive factor. As long as we score first half, I think we'll go through. Cech; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta; Mikel, Lampard; Willian, Oscar, Hazard; Torres 2-0, through on away goals is what I anticipate. And I sure as hell would take that if you offered me it now. CAREFREE
-
Top stuff. Job done. Strong performance by the boys. Got at them early and never wavered. First goal was inevitable and once we got it the outcome was set in stone in our favour. Willian's best performance for us. Salah very good too. Matic excellent. The rest, all good. CHELSEA CHELSEA CHELSEA
-
Back to the Bridge. That can surely only be a good thing? Despite recent poor performance and defeats I'm confident for this - we're at home, Stoke are safe in terms of survival and Mark Hughes may well do us a favour cos he sure as hell ain't gonna want his ex-rivals Liverpool or Man City lifting the title! I'd like to see the below team: Cech; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta; Ramires, Matic; Salah, Willian, Hazard; Ba That should be enough to get the job done. 2-0 written all over it. CAREFREE

Shocking stuff. The only consolation of that trip to Paris was that I got my end away with some fit mistress last night, the game itself was totally dire from a Chelsea perspective. They started much brighter and sharper and deserved their lead then soon after they dropped off and let us take command, we got penalty and equalised and should then have capitalised on it but the opposite happened, PSG regained the initiative in the second half and deserved to go on and win, even if we played our own part in our downfall with their second and third goals. Hazard was good, a couple of others were okay, the rest were bad or, in the case of David Luiz and Cech, mega bad. Bad week for the Blues. Let's try and bounce back.
-
Making the trip to Paris early tomorrow. Got a bird down in that neck of the woods who I stay at a hotel with every couple of months, but handily she's offered to let me stay at hers tomorrow night - only problem is, she's a PSG fan so if things go pear shaped she'll be smug as. As for the team, I expect Jose to line up like this: Cech; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta; Mikel, Luiz; Ramires, Willian, Hazard; Torres Really negative, I know, but the important thing is we're still in the tie next week. Ibrahimovic will probably win this leg, PSG 1-0 Chelsea. Although an away goal would be massive. CHELSEA, CHELSEA, CHELSEA
-
Fucking diabolical performance and result. I don't know if it was partly down to the boys having one eye on PSG but nah, no excuse cuts it. Palace showed much more desire and deserved their win, even if it was a silly goal to give away by JT. We're fortunate it wasn't three or four, although Hazard's miss was inexcusable. Title gonna be tough now, we're bound to drop points away at someone like Swansea during the run-in while Liverpool and City look very good. Just hope Arsenal don't catch us and we somehow pull the title off. Unlikely though.
-
Great chance here to put real pressure on Liverpool and Man City as the race for the holy grail hots up. It should be a comfortable win. Pulis has revitalised Crystal Palace since becoming their manager but their record against top nine clubs, even with him, is very poor (as you would expect given Palace's lack of quality in comparison). I know it's never ideal to rest players in a title charge but with such a big week coming up after this I would use this game to preserve a few pairs of tired legs, personally. My team: Cech; Azpilicueta, Cahill, Terry, Cole; Lampard, Matic; Willian, Hazard, Schurrle; Torres. Rests for Ivanovic, Luiz and Oscar ahead of the midweek match vs PSG. Prediction - 0-3. Last London derby of the season for the Blues. Let's make it a good one. CAREFREE

Haha, what a win for the Chelsea boys! Clearly Jose had taken a leaf out of Liverpool's book cos we emulated them by absolutely steamrollering Arsenal early on and the Gooners had no answer to our relentless pressure. After the red card and us going 3-0 up it was a walk in the park. Schurrle was very good. Matic was brilliant. My man of the match however is Azpilicueta, who was almost flawless, both defensively and in offence. What a player he has moulded in to this season. That result puts Arsenal out of the title race. They have now lost 17-4 on aggregate away at us, Liverpool and Man City Bottlers. And then there were three... BLUES
-
Huge game against the goons. Win this and I think that will put them out of the title race. Cech; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta; Lampard, Matic; Schurrle, Oscar, Hazard; Eto'o Both teams' defences have been brilliant this season while the attackers of each side have been average so I expect it to be tight. Jose's record against Wenger is incredible though so I reckon we'll win 1-0. CAREFREE
