Sad thing is, Arsenal had 3 hard games (Bournemouth, City, Newcastle)....all of their remaining games should be wins as long as they don't get complacent.   West Ham, Burnley (nothing to play for), Palace (nothing to play for).

City play 4 teams that can all qualify for European football next season 😄

Exactly really their easiest game was Burnley which only got the one goal in which could've been chance to make up goal difference. Hey ho bound to happen sooner or later.

Worst Liverpool side since Klopp first took over and yet they’re still 10 points ahead of us. United’s team talent wise is not in any way better than ours and they’re flying and even further ahead.

Such an embarrassment.

Their squad is stronger on paper than last season, but they don't have Salah carrying them.

We are in such a position because we haven't bought anyone who actually comes into our XI and instantly makes us stronger for some time especially upfront.

Normal when you assembled the dumbest staff team in history of this sport. A 10 years old would build a better team with 1.5B than these morons.

United going from near the relegation zone at points last season and horrifically managed/run from above to now being comfortably in the UCL places the very next season should give us at least a little hope that we can also bounce back bkg time next season.

But it’s going to require a complete rethink of our ownership’s “model.” There were serious feelings of INEOS out and lots of them super unhappy with Ratcliffe because they were run as piss poorly as we were. Look at them now.

We make the right managerial hiring and give him 3-4 TOP players and we can turn this around.

No European football......

Do you forget how contrasting both of Conte's seasons were whilst he was here?

It’s a huge factor for sure. It’s why I’ve said that I’d rather us not have European football at all if we aren’t in the UCL. Too much injury risk in subpar competitions that we've already won and too much wear and tear on a squad that have been burnt out for ages. Coming off yet another hectic tournament summer.

Having on the domestic competitions to worry about would be hugely positive for this squad next year.

I have no idea about the exact numbers, but I feel EL football at least is kind of needed for financial reasons. This in & out of European football doesn't do us any favours at all.

Know we have a game to play not that makes a difference but when was there a 16 point gap between us and United?!

It is bonkers how we went from above to a few behind to now theyre out of sight...both lots

Hopefully next season we can go back to where we should be.

They were absolutely dead under Amorim. We would regularly laugh at them when we were double digit points above them earlier in the season if I remember correctly.

How quickly the tables have turned!! Know having no distraction has helped but also helped the management they got in..see what happens next season..if we dont have Europe we have no excuses if we do poorly.

Just didnt realise theyre 16 ahead! Mean its more or less done we are not getting Champions league.

It was done weeks and weeks ago. Only slim chance for a miracle is that we finish 6th and Villa win the Europa League. But I have zero faith in this team right now to do that.
