If they win against City, that'll seal the title IMO.

They'll definitely drop more points between now and the end...its Arsenal's to lose and has been for ages! Even if people said otherwise for a long time till became obvious they were in it for the long run and all.
Pizy 19,383
Unfortunately, Arse play the sort of football that should see them maintaining this level for good next year and beyond. They sadly don’t seem like a one hit wonder PL winner to me. They’ve got those Guardiola style patters and understanding from each and every player front to back engrained into them now. They can now go and up the overall quality of their squad in them summer which is where their true weakness is. They’ve been fortunate to not sustain a long term injury to any of their key midfielders and only Jesus out of their attack has missed long stretches. With CL footy and likely title winning pedigree they’ll be MUCH more attractive to genuinely top players which they haven’t been for like 10 years. The cunts are here to stay, as annoying as it is to admit. No excuse at all for us not to be up there challenging them if we are smart in completing our team in the summer, though. DH1988 1,356
What a joke Utd going down to 10, where were the 2 reds for Lei yesterday! This is what does me in, the consistency is just as bad with or without Var.
LAM09 7,100
Wolves gifted an equaliser. It would be nice for another top 4 contender to drop points.

Sadly I think it's game over now for us, the February fixtures was our big chance to close the gap. I still want us to be in Europe though even if it is the conference league, in the Roman era I'd want us to avoid that one but I feel we need our first piece of silverware of the new ownership asap before it becomes a thing and that should give us as close to a guaranteed one as possible to get. Or we could win the UCL again and make everything I've just said irrelevant 🤣 Laylabelle and Johnnyeye

Laylabelle 9,754
Hopefully we avoid a English team next round. Just seems a bit boring. Nice to play other sides not the same lot you meet each season.

I hope so but I'm not even going to contemplate the possibility until the semi's at the absolute earliest. One thing I will say though if we actually do it after the season we've just had I'd go as far as saying we should be considered 2nd only to Real Madrid when it comes to UCL mentality, our results and performances in that competition ever since 20/21 have been nothing short of excellent. After spending half a billion if we can't beat the fourth best team in Cyprus is that what we are all about. Finish 10th like 2016 no distractions fuck the conference league. If you look at our European triumphs in the last decade, they are the only side to have faired better. For the reasons you mentioned, adding another one to that record would undoubtedly be something. Vesper 31,181
Premier League announces kit rebrand with new font for player names and larger numbers https://theathletic.com/4307196/2023/03/14/premier-league-kit-names-numbers-font/ The Premier League has announced kit changes for next season, with larger numbers and a new font for player names. Top-flight clubs will wear shirts with rebranded elements from the 2023-24 term that the Premier League says will provide “increased visibility and more impact both on and off the pitch”. The number heights have increased from 230mm to 250mm, with the Premier League logo at the bottom also bigger. Avery says the bigger negative space in the numbers also increases visibility from distances. Next season’s shirts will also include a resigned sleeve badge featuring a standalone Premier League lion. The tweaked design will be replicated in gold for the ‘champions’ badge worn by the 2022-23 winners. The Premier League has worked with its official name, number and sleeve badge supplier, Avery Dennison, on only the fourth redesign in its history. Will Brass, chief commercial officer at the Premier League, said: “We wanted to work closely with Avery Dennison, using their expertise and experience to create new names and numbers, which were not only clearer for those watching matches in stadiums or at home, but which also incorporated the Premier League brand more readily. “The names and numbers have become part of the fabric of the Premier League.” The Premier League say the names, numbers and sleeve badges will be produced at Avery Dennison’s factory in Western Norway, “powered by renewable energy from a nearby glacier” and using a digital process “to ensure minimal waste”.
