But their pen wasn't a pen. And Uniteds one was a pen. I assumed when the final whistle is blown then you can't change anything but apparently you can't.

The only dodgy thing is maybe the additional time.

But it's not corrupt as annoying as it is

Sorry mate but we have seen too many BS so called mistakes to keep taking it for granted. It does not add up simple as. And shouldnt matic have had red card too?

What is the time line after a games finished u can restart the game? Because VAR have disallowed a few goals that should be goals, so ooo.... where is the consistency those results should now be changed really?

And guess also now you can check it to make sure the decision is the right one.

Still...how many times did Brighton hit the post?!

We once scored what turned out to be a title winning goal at Old Trafford from an offside that should have been spotted from Sydney. That's before I mention in the reverse fixture that season our winner came from a debatable free kick. Also the following season we were dragged into a title race by two goals that should have been chalked off Vs Spurs.

Every single fanbase think there's a conspiracy against their team and that teams "play like Brazil" against them while rolling over for their rivals.

The reffing is shit, not corrupt and certainly not in favour of certain teams.

Manure last year set an EPL record for most pens given to them

every game, or damn near every game there are outrageous calls in their favour, not just pens

look at this for a textbook game

clear pen on maguire

nothing

clear martial header for a corner

goalkick

game outrageously extended almost 2 minutes extra

double final whistle with the pen after the first one

etc etc etc

Bruno red card fouled Azpi (I think it was Azpi), jumped up, came down viscously on his leg with his cleats

then Bruno dived n the box, rolled around

pen to manure

and there are dozens of other examples in just the last 14 months

Well obviously once the check is complete.

VAR is dog shit absolutely.

But that was a pen and if that was us we would all be going mad that it was a pen. What the fuck is maupay doing.

So we call the final whistle now "the not quite over whistle"

So should this be able to happen then, team scores VAR rule of side, but its clearly a wrong VAR decision we have seen it before. Does that mean at the end of the game they can re check there fuck up and give a goal?

I get it was a pen but ref missed it and blew final whistle games OVER, what should have been done is the ref blew to check VAR not for full time.

I mean pervious games where VAR have got it wrong, final whistle is the FINAL whistle, not the could be final whistle who knows

But the incident itself happened before the full time whistle? That meant it can be checked by VAR to determine whether it was correct or not.

If we were in United's position today, would you be saying this? Would you be going that mad we were given a penalty after the FT whistle or would you be celebrating the decision because it got us the win?

Referee Chris Kavanagh born in Manchester.I'm sure it is just a coincidence.

You do realize he is the one who gave two pens to Brighton today? VAR intervene for the second one. Last action of the game he DID not gave penalty to UTD. It was VAR again. If he is so biased he would not go against UTD before VAR.

And if refs are so pro UTD why would they give Palace to retake penalty last week after DDG saved first penalty?

Come on. It happenned half a second before the final whistle blew. It hadn't been checked.

This is a completely different situation to var fucking things up. This is actually var working as it should for a change

Shouldn't matter ref blew final whistle games over, so I bring my previous points back goals should be given from games weeks ago
