I really dont think you can say that. It also depends on Toure, Silva, Zabaleta, Dzeko and others, if they could replicate their good form of last season, mainly Toure. And the hunger of the all team is also a question. City havent looked that motivated last season and they lost points because of their apathetic approach, now their motivation could get even lower.

If we are to look at replacement strikers/fringe players and what they can offer then Dzeko is the example.

If we strengthen our CF line with a better option than Torres before the window we win a lot this season, if we don't, and if Costa misses through injury/suspension we have a huge problem, and that's without Costa being top notch.

Fully agree with this, I like Dzeko and think he is underrated, would love him here but obviously City would never sell.

Probably a 12 year old kid tbh, City have a very small fan base. I'd say your average City fan is more deluded than a scouser, mainly because of how bitter they've been after all those years in United's shadow.
