Starman60 1,343
Ok, I've looked at our fixture list and we have two tough periods during the season, with the last 6 games being especially challenging. But then, having said that, we have to play each team twice, so what does it matter when we play them. To win the league we have to beat them all, and to me, whether we beat them on the first day of the season or the last day is inconsequential. Lets take each game as it comes, win them then move on to the next game.......Simples And if we win them all we win the league !!! There now, that was easy wasn't it ?????????? CHOULO19 24,332
I imagine Jose would be fuming about this fixture list. I bet he'd have A LOT to say about it during the season.
Tomo 21,751
Im glad our last game is at home. Although the main thing is getting your hands on the trophy i would much rather we lifted it at home should we win it.

Duppy Conqueror 1,543
The Burnley fixture will favour them as they can have longer to game plan against us( when us having the same time, won't be as advantagous to us) and opening weekend their players and fans will be fresh and not have had the wind beat out of the sails yet.We shouldn't be fully on the same page, firing on all cylinders early on in the season, but we should still have too much class for them.I only look at fixtures with things like not wanting a long distance night time game because of work in the morning and european away games taking enough of those slots on the calender.not really bothered by the level of competition..easy is for pussies. The only place to be

It's like 13 over here, as silly as having unlucky numbers is. Madness, either way.

Madmax 9,219
United have won the most titles so how are they the 'most successful team'? Probably added the 25 year old European Cups to the total. RoyalBlues and The Skipper

LAB 1,030
...and it's just badly illustrated really. If you're going for a most successful team claim don't put Steve in there!
petre.ispirescu 4,928
Wenger on Alexis: “I find he has all the attributes of a modern striker, he can play on the flanks and through the middle. He gives you many opportunities and he can score goals. “He works very hard, but it is very important for him now in the modern game and hopefully he can be a great success.” Modern striker? You've signed a fucking right-wing Arsene, not a striker. Arsenal going with the False 9 from now on?! Cazorla - Alexis - Walcott------------ Ozil ------------------ Arteta - Ramsey ---- ??
