It's laughable that Ozil, having the most assists for Arsenal, still gets the blame for not carrying the team on his back, as he was apparently supposed to. It's true that he has stamina issues (rarely played 90 minutes at Real Madrid) and is sometimes irregular. But this is a player who was world class in all of his previous clubs, and specially in Real Madrid and the German national team.

Now he's gone to Arsenal and he doesn't shine as much. Who's fault is it? I would be willing to bet if either Mourinho or Joachim Low were in charge of that Arsenal team, Ozil would still be Ozil.

In my opinion, the blame should be put on Wenger who's been driving Fiats for too long and doesn't know how to handle a Ferrari. For me, Ozil is worth every penny that was paid for him.
