He is a quality player though at Youth Level - there's a HUGE GAP between that and the Premiership...He could be awesome in a few years... I'd take Balotelli on LOAN right now from City - he could easily score plenty for us and Mancini wants out... IF we get him on Loan can get some better deals in the summer...2 Strikers on Loan would be great in January if we don't sign Falcao / Cavanni etc?
