Jase 43,479
Looking at the Villa team yesterday, it just bereft of quality and very much a stark contrast to the team they had like 2-3 years ago under Martin O'Neill.
CHOULO19 24,332
Call me crazy but I really think Liverpool are going to win tonight. mancity looked very far from impressive especially on their attacks.
diskoviolente 425
Today Arsenal has to prove if they actually gonna change something or if the same attacking-minded failure is going to be this season´s theme once again. They always, always, always struggle against Stoke. Last year Van Persie made all the difference. I am very curious how Corzola and Giroud do there.
Sheva. 5,373
Arsenal vs Stoke about to begin - Arsenal have their 3rd choice GK in goal.
Milan 17,956
Manchester United have now scored in 50 successive Premier League home games, the longest run in PL history.
CHOULO19 24,332
Podolski has been uncharacteristically good so far.
Sheva. 5,373
Arsenal have been good really, need to do better in final third though.
CHOULO19 24,332
@Sheva., I prefer they do worse in the middle. Whose side are you on?! Sheva.
diskoviolente 425
Arsenal have been good really, need to do better in final third though.I was just going to say, Arsenals build-ups are really nice and very patient, but in the final third they are just so frustrating to watch.Last season with Van Persie they were frustrating at times but had at least some cutting edge, now they even lack even that little bit of urgency that they´ve had last season. diskoviolente 425
what a frustrating game to watch.good for us though if it stays like this. Sheva.
Sheva. 5,373
That was a foul outside the box at least, lol at the ref.Arsenal really can't do anything in Stoke's half despite all their possession and dominance of the game.
CHOULO19 24,332
That should have been a pen! A clear push in the back; anywhere else on the pitch and that would have been given as a foul without hesitation.EDIT: LMAO @ the commentators trying to convince everyone that Arsenal are dominating the match when Stoke have looked sharper, had more dangerous chances and even had more possession in the second half. CHOULO19 24,332
With RVP gone Arsenal were under pressure to score, and what I love about Arsenal is that they never fail to crumble under pressure The Rising Sun
Jase 43,479
Arsenal may have dropped points but a draw at the Britannia is not necessarily a bad result. Only Newcastle from Top 6 last season won there. And while Arsenal have yet to score this season, they have kept 2 clean sheets and looked solid today against Stoke compared to previous seasons. Jype 6,398
Tottenham and Arsenal have now both dropped points in their first two matches, what a nice start to the season.Don't know what to hope for in the next match. City losing would probably be the best for us but I can't stand Liverpool either. Fuck, why can't they just both lose the game? Madmax 9,219
Liverpool generally do better against the bigger sides (or used to, under Dalglish).Hope they get a draw.
