Not at all imo. Perhaps one of last moments to leave in absolute glory, he may be anticipating the bumpy road we somehow refused to see here for a decade lol

Aging squad and limited budget.

Yeah., it's likely going to happen.

And tbh, having more quality managers will make the league more enjoyable.

Just like the Ferguson-Mourinho-Wenger-Benitez era, an influx of great managers is what makes the league as good as it is, more than superstar player imports. Leads to more competition., and more exciting fixtures.

Be a bit silly in a way considering how he's built Arsenal and how far he has taken them..but then be nice seeing how he's built them up 🤣 miss the old Arsenal..and old us!

Xabi Alonso to pool ?
If pep also leaves , league will open right up. Money only gets you so far these days with FFP and horribly inflated priced worth shit players costing beyond a fortune.

Sadly, that's sometimes exactly what happens to us.
Not when Poch and the team are consistently delivering good performances and climbing up the table, but when we go through a bad period and the players are constantly underperforming. Sometimes, it feels exactly like that.

Eze seems a good midfielder and able to contribute in the final third

Top player. Getting better and better and delivering in final third. Is really strong on either foot and his strength/balance is brilliant. I genuinely think him and Olise have it in their locker to play at the very top soon.
