Fulham rolling over, don't worry they won't win the PL,

9th April - Liverpool (A)

16th - West Ham (A)

26th - Man City (A)

29th - Chelsea (H)

6th May - Newcastle (A)

I can see them easily winning 3 out of those 5.

If they win against City, that'll seal the title IMO.

Thats the thing City aren't exactly consistent either. They'll definitely drop more points between now and the end...its Arsenal's to lose and has been for ages! Even if people said otherwise for a long time till became obvious they were in it for the long run and all.

Unfortunately, Arse play the sort of football that should see them maintaining this level for good next year and beyond. They sadly don’t seem like a one hit wonder PL winner to me. They’ve got those Guardiola style patters and understanding from each and every player front to back engrained into them now.

They can now go and up the overall quality of their squad in them summer which is where their true weakness is. They’ve been fortunate to not sustain a long term injury to any of their key midfielders and only Jesus out of their attack has missed long stretches. With CL footy and likely title winning pedigree they’ll be MUCH more attractive to genuinely top players which they haven’t been for like 10 years.

The cunts are here to stay, as annoying as it is to admit. No excuse at all for us not to be up there challenging them if we are smart in completing our team in the summer, though.

Wolves gifted an equaliser. It would be nice for another top 4 contender to drop points.

Sadly I think it's game over now for us, the February fixtures was our big chance to close the gap.

I still want us to be in Europe though even if it is the conference league, in the Roman era I'd want us to avoid that one but I feel we need our first piece of silverware of the new ownership asap before it becomes a thing and that should give us as close to a guaranteed one as possible to get.

Or we could win the UCL again and make everything I've just said irrelevant 🤣

If our fitness team gets their act together and we get a nice QF draw, the latter might not be so unthinkable.

Let’s hope we do the same to Arsenal as we did to Spurs when Leicester won the league

I have hope Leipzig can do damage on City in 2 days. That would be massive.

Unfortunately, I think they blew their chance in Germany.

I hope so but I'm not even going to contemplate the possibility until the semi's at the absolute earliest.

One thing I will say though if we actually do it after the season we've just had I'd go as far as saying we should be considered 2nd only to Real Madrid when it comes to UCL mentality, our results and performances in that competition ever since 20/21 have been nothing short of excellent.

After spending half a billion if we can't beat the fourth best team in Cyprus is that what we are all about. Finish 10th like 2016 no distractions fuck the conference league.

If you look at our European triumphs in the last decade, they are the only side to have faired better.

For the reasons you mentioned, adding another one to that record would undoubtedly be something.

and we should be 3 and 0 over the last 15 years (Moscow, arffff)

and in 2021, we destroyed Real Madrid in the semis

smoked them like a blunt with our pace and their lack of it

our 2012 win at Bayern is the biggest CL final upset in the past 30 years (Pool beating AC Milan is up there too, especially with that lead Milan blew)

biggest upset IMHO since Marseille upset one of those insane AC Milan teams in 1992/93, 1 nil (and Marseille were hardly shit, they were actually quite loaded too, Völler, Deschamps, Desailly, etc etc)
