Bold statement but I feel the best English keeper is in the third tier.

Obviously he has to play top flight to make the England squad but still.

I haven't kept track of football lower than the Championship for some time, so that could very well be the case.

The Plymouth keeper who faced us last season in the cup. They're top due to him pretty much being the keeper (and league one) version of Suarez 13/14.

To give a taster here's his last minute save vs Ispwich to win it for them (their main promotion rivals).
