They used to win the big games and lose the little but so far..its the way they play as well! Impressing so far found what works. Which is good we don't play them for a month

Unlike Ole and Lamps with Arteta it was obvious it can be a success in the long term so it makes sense for them to stay with him. There were signs all the way. Think it's helped having time to make important signings and also being in the League under Pep. Whereas Lampard didn't have that. Majority of the Arsenal fans were calling for his head.

Arteta hasn't even achieved parity with what Wenger got laughed at for "only" achieveing yet has apparently proved everyone wrong. If he's in a title race in May fair enough but until then.... Exactly. We are not even a third of the way through in terms of the season, and we're already building a narrative. Fair enough they have been impressive so far, and seem to have made brilliant moves in the transfer window. But unless they're in a title race by December, I'm not going to think much of it. Ole also finished second and was in a 'title race' the season prior to last, and we know how that went. Ole also finished second and was in a 'title race' the season prior to last, and we know how that went. They were able to make those moves in the transfer window because their DoF and Arteta worked together, targeted the players they wanted and went in early before other clubs had the chance. Jesus and Zinchenko will prove to be bargains as they already have that winning mentality from City. I was expecting Conte to do something different with his tactics or selection of players but he literally got played off the park by Arteta. Playing that guy at RWB was a weird choice considering he was the weak link for the whole first half and then proceeded to get sent off 15 mins into the 2nd half. OneMoSalah 8,886
Watching Everton Southampton highlights. Wow, Everton are a shambles defensively but Southampton are even worse offensively, how many big chances do they need to score? Both teams going nowhere fast regardless. Saliba looks like hes going to be a superstar for Arsenal also. Looks like a younger Rio Ferdinand. Tbh don't think they'll win the title..though saying that odd things happen and City have been iffy. But if they carry on like this way then set for 4th. The games they'd drop points in usually they have won..so far. Their signings are having a postive effect impact and their play is pretty decent to actually watch. Look like they have a game plan rather then endless wandering. Doesn't feel right to be 8 behind them
