Even last week they didn't really do all that much vs Wolves. But they won and are winning again

Exactly what I meant, when I compared their performances to our first season under Conte.

We used to grind out 1-0 wins like this with Costa scoring.

They are going to be awful to watch but will still be consistent., and could upset bigger teams in match ups against them.

I doubt Conte will combust in his first real season with them, so we're in for a rough ride this year. To make it more difficult, Arsenal seem to be better than last year and United seem to be on the mend.

It's really annoying.

IMO, VAR shouldn't be involved in any of these types of decisions.

It was supposed to be meant for clear and obvious errors. But the officials have chosen to abuse the system, opting to create more drama instead. Basically to turn the Premier League into a cheap sitcom to increase ratings.

That's what I fear. They could really solidify a top 4 spot,...

But that being said, we were 5 points clear at top of the table in Nov last year and we know how that ended.

So, never say never.

Hmmmmmm playing like we are...we're not a threat to them

Why only we have curse with expensive strikers ?

Liverpool : Diaz - hit , Jota  - Hit , Nunez maybe hit

Citeh : Haaland - hit  , Alvarez- maybe hit

Arsenal - Jesus - hit

Chelsea :  - Lukaku  - flop , Werner - flop , Ziyech - flop

Morata - flop, Torres - flop, higuain - flop, Sheva - flop etc etc.

Only 2 strikers have come anywhere near to be called as "success" in 2 decades!!! - DD and Costa

We as a club have a defensive DNA since RA took over for some weird reason. To have our strikers and forwards be successful we need to change that.
