But absolute world class talent will break through anyway most of the time. Guys like RJ would make it anywhere under any manager provided they stay i jury free. We are not a development club anyway. Either the academy or the scouts hand us players of RJ’s or at least Mounts talent or we buy ready made stars . but I was not even talking about talent but a coherent attacking gameplay being executed. It just can take ages to build.
