City are still comfortably the best side in the league. It’s not really close when they’re in form. Like last season, they just needed a few matches to play themselves into shape.

Their ability to suffocate even the very best teams like ourselves and Liverpool away from home is insane.

Now watch Liverpool pip this in the second half 😂

But on the flip side they could be this good because they have so many players deeply involved in the build-up.

Putting a striker into that sort of system doesn't usually work as well as it does on paper, even one's on Haaland's level.
