This game doesn't prove that when they've shithoused their way a 2-0 lead with just 2 shots while City missed countless of opportunities. It really is hilarious isn't it. As if Spurs played them off the park when its the exact opposite. This is a result and performance West Brom/Stoke would be proud of. ZaynChelsea 423
We are in deep trouble. No transfers and a coach who doesn‘t know how to teach defending properly. We are fked. DDA

I'd rather play bad and get the result, then play good and not get the result. Besides there isn't a single team in the PL that manages to actually play better than City in 90mins of football. Even Liverpool didn't deserve to win against them. Johnnyeye

We've not bad against some teams this season and lost or drawn. We had a dozen shots against Arsenal. Still drew. If they win the game before we play Man U it's a 1 point gap. Pressure is ooooooon Johnnyeye
Atomiswave 6,118
Really doesnt matter if its by luck or not, its 3pts in the bag vs a big team. It can only galvanise them........heres hoping they fuck up. Johnnyeye and DDA

Think once we go behind top 4 that will be it. the games that will end up doing us 'ard I am not counting the 4 nil Manure early thrashing, nor the Everton away loss (shit happens with new manager bounce) (blown 2 nil lead at home) (blown lead) 18 points blown, all but 2 of the games at home IF we lose both of these 2 home games our chances of top 4 are less than 30% win both our chances are 70% as long as we also win v Wolves and Sheffield United basically our season is these two games and a couple others (fuck the CL) Spuds winning here v Shitty is a massive blow DDA, Atomiswave and Johnnyeye

A lot of people seem to base their entire view on a game just by looking at the score, the Arsenal game demonstrated that.

If you're that confident about Spurs how about you put your money where your mouth is and declare a wager? I'll donate £50 to the forum if Spurs make top 4, you donate the same figure if we do? (If both or neither do bets void). First of all I'm saying we're in danger and we might not even reach top four. You're the one that is very confident and thinks there isn't a chance in hell that Spurs reach the top four. Be more realistic mate. You even said that Bergwijn is average, and I told you that he is a promising player. Torres apologist? I wanted him to leave after his first full season. By the way, I'm muslim and don't do wagers. Laylabelle 9,536
Our issue is...all the ball..many shots etc and nothing to show. Newcastle..Arsenal..Southampton..Bournemouth etc on paper/stat wise better side. Did we get all the points..nopeeeeee. That's our unfortunate downfall. Long term? Absolutely not, but short term it could work. It's proven that Mourinho is a short term manager. That isn't something new. We on the other hand have veen in relegation form for what seems like ages. Two relatively small signings and you're losing your shit? If we had been the ones who signed Bergwijn and Fernandes, would you be confidently claiming we'll finish in the Top 4 or would you be moaning about the board signing average players? Spurs' form since our inconsistent run started has hardly been much better. And this is a Spurs side who recently lost to Southampton, dropped points at Norwich and Watford. I think we will do it purely because a six point lead against teams that struggle to string two wins together (even if we can't aswell) is a big advantage at this stage, even more so with all the rivals still to come to our gaff. But furthermore even if we don't (which I accept is possible) I don't think it will be Spurs that take advantage, it will be United or Wolves. Laylabelle 9,536
We're on a run of 1 win in 5. Sod what Spurs do it's what we're not doing that is worrying.
Pizy 18,952
If we conspire to allow this awful Spuds team with no Harry Kane (or ANY natural striker!) for the rest of the season finish above us then everyone deserves the sack.
