There's something wrong with the culture there that's holding players back. Much as I despise bullying and threats, the Ferguson way did get results -not just from young players but from officials, up to the top of the FA. Went to that game and you could tell how it was going to go. All that ball and ball and no end product. The 4-0... that was some interesting defending which we still like to do
Jase 43,479
From about 0:38 in, Solskjaer went with the 'at least we won the 2nd half' line after yesterday's loss...like seriously, how is this man the manager of most successful club in England!? They won because they scored a penalty and a worldie from a free kick. That was it.

Don't want them to appoint an actual competent manager like Poch. Would Pochettino even want the United job at this point? Their squad is a huge mess and their board are even worse! Yes, United have the name and money but if Pochettino goes there, it'll be another rebuilding job for him, arguably even bigger than the one he oversaw at Spurs. He might just prefer to go to a club where the structure is already there and it allows him to win from the get-go.

They've got the building blocks for a good side with players like DDG, Maguire, AWB, McTom-whatever, Rashford, etc. They're finally starting to get rid of all the shite they've had on their books. Bring Poch in this summer, give him £250m to spend, and suddenly they could be back in business. He could look like a hero restoring them to glory. I think they're "only" a top class #9 and a couple of midfielders away.

I think they're "only" a top class #9 and a couple of midfielders away. De Gea seems to be on a decline. Maguire is overrated. McTominay is average. And players like Pogba doesn't seem to want to be at the club, Martial blows hot and cold, James is so-so. They have A LOT of deadwoods in their squad - Shaw, Jones, Young, Fred, Matic, Pereira, Mata, Lingard etc. United almost have to buy an entire new squad to get back to challenging at the top. United have thrown a lot of money in recent years and it's gotten them nowhere, not when people like Ed Woodward is running the club basically. Pochettino would be better off biding his time and wait for opportunities elsewhere. The Bayern job still not filled permanently, Tuchel and Guardiola could leave PSG and Man City respectively in the summer, Zidane is always a few bad results away from facing the sack at Real Madrid etc. Vesper, Atomiswave and Johnnyeye

Pizy 19,375
So Spurs will be without him for basically the remainder of the season and United will be without their best two players (Pogba & Maguire) for a long while too. Arsenal are Arsenal. Absolutely zero excuses not to finish top 4 for us now. NikkiCFC, Atomiswave and Johnnyeye

Vesper 31,180
ABOVE IT Jesse Lingard might think he’s ‘too big for Leicester’ amid rumours of Manchester United swap deal for James Maddison – Danny Murphy https://talksport.com/football/652662/jesse-lingard-leicester-man-utd-james-maddison-danny-murphy/ Danny Murphy does not think swapping Jesse Lingard plus cash for James Maddison would work, because the Manchester United midfielder might consider himself ‘too big’ for Leicester. The Red Devils have reportedly offered out-of-form Lingard plus £45million to sign Maddison this month, according to the Mirror. However, Murphy suggests Lingard probably sees himself at a ‘bigger club’, despite scoring just one goal in the past 12 months. snip lololol
