Iggy Doonican 4,186
Anyone quick to slag off Roman should get down on their knees and thank (insert one's own god being P.C. here !) that Mike Ashley isn't our chairman. He has zero interest in the club he's a lifelong Spurs fan and appoints managers like McClaren and it's still hard to believe even now Joe Kinnear. Kinnear hadn't managed in the top flight for years and to say he wasn't media trained which like it or not is important these days is an understatement. I do feel a little bit sorry for the Geordies because the heart and soul is being ripped out of the club by an unscrupulous businessman which is happening far to often at football clubs just look at Leeds, Blackpool and Portsmouth kellzfresh

Wont hold my breath, and even if he did he'd give them all zero hours minimum wage jobs, like he does at Spurts Direct. There was an article in The Guardian about the conditions at a Sports Direct warehouse it's not an exaggeration to say it's like a prison camp. You get more or less strip searched going in and out, timed toilet breaks anything over permitted time and your pay gets docked. You also aren't allowed to wear anything the shop sells so if you wore say Adidas socks to work they would presume you nicked them. You have to run up and down the warehouse like Usain Bolt to get the orders sent and all for minimum wage. Just wrong and frankly unacceptable in any workplace but of course the Tories don't give a shit. The power of the unions is being diminished and these are the sort of conditions they were set up for over 200 years ago. Another Watford manager it really is a revolving door at that club. When we get so much stick about the amount of managers we've had when will the media and other clubs fans realise it's not unique to Chelsea and happens at all levels of football. Go to Wikipedia and look at how many managers Notts County have had since 2004.
Fernando 6,585
Manchester United on course to earn more than half a billion pounds in a year https://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/may/13/manchester-united-earn-half-billion-pounds Truly amazing. Missing out on top 4 does not hurt them that much if they continue to get these kinds of figures. As well have a lot of buying power over most clubs. This is why United to me is the dream job for any manager.
