They rushed a bill before the election which tried to get ISPs to spy on their customers and report those using torrents. It's now under review because major ISPs complained, like BT.

MediaFire for me, similar to Rapidshare links. Just a Google search of what you want. e.g 'Michael Jackson Thriller Mediafire' then basically its the first link on the Google search
