After tonight a win would give us a big cut to United's lead. They would only have 5 points more than us.And they still have a harder run in then us.I just hope we don't mount pressure on oursefs and drop points in our 2 home games that follow.

Our next three games are at Stamford Bridge before heading to Olt Trafford. Hope we dont f**** this up. Spurs pls do us a favour. Beat Le Arse's a*s.

Man U going in for a real schedule after the weekend's game against Everton. They have Shalke home and away, Gooners then Chelsea all in 10 days. Hope when we go there, they be terribly tired and knocked out of the Corruption League.

6 points wink.gif

We surely need a 9/9 in our three home games.

With a bit of luck, we play united to head first...

Obviously need alot to go in our favour, but there could be a small chance of the prem still....IF we actually play well for remaining games and pick up points. Man Utd have a big few weeks, we don't as much, If spuds do us a favour we can jump in at second with a win tonight which we should get. Then Man Utd to play Everton, could be tricky, then Arsenal, the us in the prem with Schalke in between.

We have Birmingham, West Ham, Spuds at home....Spuds a hard game, get 9 points, our next game would be Utd...They could easily drop 6 points over their next 3, with us picking up 12 in our next 4 (optimistic i Know)

If my maths are correct, We would both be on 73 joint top. But thats IF Chelsea manage to concentrate on top 4 first and let the rest come through naturally. Rooney is a massive boost for their title push. But anything can happen.

We need to just concentrate on winning , and finnishing 2nd/3rd anything else is a bonus , Arse would have to beat united for us to stand any chance of winning the league. becuase united will beat everton and blackburn.

Man Utd's run in is fucking difficult having us, Arse, Blackburn away and Everton home. They are in a good position but i'd still be a tad concerned if i was a manc. It could blow up big style.

If we keep winning, we will put a bit of pressure on them.

I think the max points we can get is 79 right and that means us winning every game im all one for being optimistic , but i wouldnt write off spurs when they come here and us going to old trafford and winning yes we have done it before but we all know how this season has been , i just want to be realistic and a good end to the season would be finnishing second seeing as we where on the brink of 4th/5th earlier this season.

Second place would be fine, but more remains possible. cool.gif

If we'll win all of the remaining games i'm pretty sure we will finish 2nd.

The problem is: Tottenham, Everton, and Man Utd- that's 9 points that im very doubtful if we can achieve all of them.

Lol just imagine us winning the title after this horrible season.

Don't you just love the Premier League?

Exactly, which makes this game against Birmingham really important to win!! If we lose or draw this, we won't win it, full stop!

As long as the Arsenal cunts don't win it, I'll be happy!

We don't have a chance with winning the league in my opinion. The damage has been done and we have to go to Old Trafford and Goodison Park still. I think if we get twelve points from our four home matches, and either a couple of draws at United and Everton or maybe a win in one of those games, I think we'll finish second with a little bit to spare. Four wins and two draws from the last six games will do me nicely.

I disagree, I'm sure Torres can score a couple before the season is finished. He's has so many close moments!

Yeh exactly!!! Our paper boy be happy if he dont with his bet!!

Tough game, expecting us to draw tbh seeing as we can close the gap on Arsenal. And half the time when Man U mess up so do we..hopfully though....

Old Trafford and Goodison Park have always been difficult venue's to go to, so I agree with you there. However, apart from our European exit to United, we've got a really good record over there. Only 3 times in the last few years have we lost to them. And since they knocked us out of Europe, their form has been a little soggy of late, losing to Citeh in the FA Cup, and only salvaging a draw at Newcastle. I believe we will draw at Old Trafford, but my heart certainly believes we can go there and get something vital. If they have already won the league before they play us, they won't have much of a strong team out.
