Must win this seeing as we loose our game in hand advantage over City when we get this one played..and if Liverpool can do us a favour tommrow....close the gap!!!

This is our shit fixture! B'ham tough team really.Anything but a repeat of god knows how many shots on goal and nothing to show! A win..take a boring 1-0 win long as get the job done.

Although it would be natural to put exactly the same starting XI, after the impressive performance today, I believe Ancelotti will keep rotating, meaning Torres and Anelka will start.

Ancelotti said that Torres will be involved "a lot more" in the next games, we'll see :) Both home games, must win and hopefully Torres' goal. Come on Chelsea, carry on this momentum and finish strong

i reckon same 11 only changes i reckon carlo will make is Torres 4 kalou and bring ramiers 4 mikel

Though Mikel was superb wasn't he? Controlled and held control of the midfield in my eyes.

Cech

Luiz - Alex - Terry - Cole

Ramires - Essien - Lampard

Drogba - Malouda

Torres

Carlo can't leave Drogba out, but he has to start with Torres too. So play with both of them, Drogba behind Torres and with Malouda on the left. Ever since that Wigan game when Malouda scored, he has improved quite a lot. On Tuesday against United he showed signs of improvement too, and today he was no doubt one of our best players, he seems to understand quite well with Ashley on that left flank. Mikel played quite well today too, but it is impossible to find a place for him in the starting eleven.

And allowed the attackers to do their thing with more freedom.

Thank god this one is at home. St Andrews always seems like a tough place to get points! Let's hope Foster has a bad day on Wednesday . He single-handedly kept us out last time !!fainthv9.gif

I don't thnik Birmingham are as in-form this time, even though they beat Sunderland today... I reckon this will be a routine win like today's match.

Hopefully Drogba will start with Torres. If only they could play well together blush.gif

Exactly, Sunderland are going through a rocky ride atm, they can't score, just can't - regardless of their arsenal of stars (Gyan, Sessegnon, Muntari)

Agree with Drogba and Torres part, they 2 are or atleast should be here for the next season and they better get along:)

With the draw result today and if Spurs can do us a favour though probably not with Gomes up to his crazyness again....we win this hopfully can get second.Though if Arsenal draw and we win can go second goal difference depending and all...eeeek
