Can you highlight one example of carlotti's tactical genius. . . how he managed to change a game with his superior technical or tactical intelligence. quite simply put, has he ever done anything before or during a game, be it team selection,tactics,subs etc, to impress even the most critical pundits since he became manager?

eldinho, Ancelotti job at Milan show us that he is not the "long term" manager we need, and his two years at Chelsea just reinforces it.

Carlo should stay but everyone, everyone has the "worry" for him. We haven't changed in months, we all know it. So yes we do need stability but will he make the changes? He can't even if he wanted to, you're a coach at Chelsea, you just have dealings with the team that's put in front of you and deal with it. I just dont get it when fans say, they would like Ancelotti to stay if he could motivate and be tactically astute and be good man manager, etc. And then add if he was that, they wouldnt mind Chelsea going trophyless. My argument is that, if he was that he would have won the title every season. No one can do that. Fergie went without title for 3 seasons does that mean he was an awful manager and bad tactically?

Just read this Ancelotti's pool, only 31% of Milan supporters wanted Carlo as coach, and feel free to read other comments. It seems that he got more love here after two seasons than among Milan's fans after all those years:

When will people realise that this is not necessarily about result but the way we have achieved these unfavorable results Ancelotti would be 50 times more popular on here if our performance this season has reflected the quality of our squad and the club's ambition. if you play well, with gut,desire and determination and lose a match, only a cold blooded arsehole would criticize the manager after such a display as that demonstrates the ability to motivate and get the players firing on all cylinders.But when your team plays extremely badly and lose/draw, those two combination cannot be healthy for the fans. majority of our performance this season falls under the latter category which is totally unacceptable for a club like Chelsea.
