You guys missed the point.I am not saying he must start if he is shit,he should be dropped when he is shit. But to start a completely new player who hasn't played a game for us just because he was payed shit loads instead of our proven striker is insane.

Yeah fair enough on that though. I'm just saying, if Drogba is not on form, I'd rather see some fresh blood. It'd be a different story if he was playing okay as opposed to poor. Agree with the overall message of rushing in a new player.

Like others have said, I really don't mind seeing the line-up vs Sunderland out there today.

It is not because he's a Chelsea legend and because he was great for 7 years that we have to start him whatever his current form. You're good you play, you ain't good enough, you sit on the bench. It's simple as that. And Drogba isn't good enough since november. So he should be benched. Malaria or not malaria.

We're not a charity club. We're not here to play Legends. We're here to win games and the better way to do so is to play with our stronger team.

Couldn't have said it better, well written mate. People need to understand that we need to win games, make decisions to win games not pamper stars. It's the badge in front, not the name on the back, that counts.

Be aware of Luis, he might bite. tiphat.gif

Explain this to me, how do you end up signing the players I dislike the most? I mean everything about Suarez is so annoying ! I think you'd sign Tevez in a heartbeat if you could afford him.

But he would be an excellent player if he'd play for Chelsea, just like happened with Torres?

Awwwwwwwwwwww

Hopfully we'll still remember him in a nice way at the end of this game..if he even plays that is

Joe has a knock and won't feature. As I said yesterday.

I just love Coley as a character, when we'd go away for two or three days and he'd just pack a toothbrush, toothpaste and a spare pair of pants, in the smallest bag.

Everyone else had big holdalls and he had his mobile, that was it, he was just really random. He'd get off the bus and he'd have forgotten his phone, or his glasses, or his bag. He'd get in and ask if I had his bag, and I'd say, "No I've got my own bag, why haven't you got yours?

This made me LOL

Yeah I see your point. And I'm agree with you here. In my opinion for this game we should start the same team which has won at Sunderland (Though I would play Ramires instead of Essien).

On a second thought, Torres was one of the Liverpool players I disliked the most, although I have to keep quiet about that now :whistling:

What Suarez done at the World Cup was pretty bad. But there's no denying he's a good player. But seriously lets just see what happens on the pitch. Liverpool can boast all they want, but if they lose it's going to be harder for them to deal with it.

Liverpool fans going on about history, how predictable :fainthv9:

That's cause they got nothing good to say about the future.

It's going to be hard to deal with if we lose, I accept that. But on the other hand, you need the win more to keep up with ManU, Arsenal and City.
