He should pay because its not his money its the states money, its an absolute travesty that he has been able to keep it for so long in all fairness. President Boris Yeltsin gave Roman everything he has got today, Boris Yeltsin crippled the Russian economy so people like Roman could become ''billionaires''. Boris Yeltsin's economic strategy was to turn Russia into a free market economy, the way he did it was all wrong though and people like Roman got a huge chance to become wealthy at the Russian people's expense.

I don't know about you, but I'd ask Britain's top entrepreneurs to put in a stake if we'd won it. It should be a national duty and it's not like they would not benefit from it after words, I don't think Roman will have any problem doing it in my opinion. It won't be direct cash injection and he'll recoup the money from ticket sales, advertising and general commercialization in 2018.

Ok, I must have some links with England to support a team that has 3 or 2 english players in the starting XI, and that's in a League that most players are from another country, and that even thought about playing overseas, and even if all players in PL were english I should be english to support Chelsea...so here my links:
