Yes, Gomez "chokes" in big games, but that's a different matter. A lot of players, even top players, under-perform in big games. I'd argue Robben is a 'choke" as well.

Agree with Robben but the point here is poachers like Gomez and Hernandez are completely useless if you don't create chances for them. Fail to do that and you will hardly see them in games because they are limited as a player and their link-up play are virtually non-existent.

Torres had a couple of nice chances, but China's goalie and their defence was pretty good. Should have got an assist though for his flick-on for Albiol.

Mata on the other hand was just a BEAST. His 20 or minute cameo was really really good. Him and Iniesta completely changed the game and created so many chances.

Torres was excellent, he looks really quick and sharp and easily coulda had a couple of goals. Mata was class too for his 20 or so minutes. Best player tho was Iniesta, the run for the goal was just genius, he is a genius. I know it was only 1 late goal to nil but they ooze class, fantastic to watch. They should win Euro 2012 at a canter in all honesty. This era of Spanish footballer is different class.
