I didn't come across a post expressly banning it, I thought only NOTW and Daily Mail are banned, but I'm not sure. In any case, it's only in the Football Banter section, so no harm done.

I doubt they will spent alot for Liverpool though, but you might see a influx of Chinese youths coming out of Liverpool Academy

Don't be so sure. Real Madrid have some connections with the Spanish government. Some even say the PAY for a portion of Real transfers! Because the return they make on things like shirt sales/tickets sales and all that is great!

The Chinese government will look to do the same, I'd imagine.
