The Knack - My Sharona (Colombian-Only Long Version) (1979)

This release has the full guitar solo by Berton Averre, which is one one of the greatest in new wave history.

There is another alternate take that pushes the solo further forward (that album is also from Colombia (I assume you know I mean the country, not the record label, which is spelt differently), but that track is on black vinyl and is less balanced IMHO, with a shitty fade-out)

Sharona Alperin, the girl on the cover of the single and obviously whom the song is about, was the lead singer, Doug Fieger's, real life girlfriend at the time.
