The mischievous press tried to suggest, last week, that Petr Cech was a target for Arsenal!

As if they`d ever cough up enough serious readies!

However, Petr, interviewed by the media ahead of the clash with Blackburn Rovers, was quick to dispel the ridiculous suggestion remarking,

"I am happy with the way my career is going and the way the club is."

"As long as the club stays ambitious and hungry for titles and competing for everything then I am happy."

"My family are settled and happy and I love playing here."

"I love the passion of the English supporters. You don`t want to leave this kind of atmosphere."

"There is no reason to do it now. If the club stays ambitious and has the highest expectations, then I am happy."

"I moved to Chelsea to win trophies and that is what is happening at the moment."

it makes perfect sense, if god forbid, roman left or we were to get relegated, i wouldnt hold a grudge against te players who left for better oppurtunities.. although the ones who'd stay behind would get godly status in my eyes..
