We should of never let Diarra go, he was cocky because he knew he was good enough, he's absolute world class and can back his mouth up. Kalou is a very close second, he gets in great positions but can't finish. His consistency is way too low.I'm beginning to dislike Ballack and Deco more because they are ageing and looking old too. The Big Drog 1,110 Posted December 21, 2009 Share Posted December 21, 2009 Kalou every day of the week for me. Im not sure what exactly he is supposed to add tyo the team. He runs with his head down into a bunch of opposition players and loses the ball , he misses sitters and his positioning at times is mind boggling. Sturridge put him to shame in the 45 minutes he played yesterday. Bit surprised so many say Mikel , I quite like him , granted he doesnt haver the pace of Essien to cover as much ground at the base of the diamond but he is a big , strong player who is quite good on the ball , I think there are worse than Mikel. Hasn't been given enough playing time at all.Plus when he finally was allowed on the pitch at Upton Park, he was direct and of the few who was bothered to create someone. Although I can understand that when we pay £18 million for someone who has not had much playing time, it is going to piss some people off.
