Did we even ask them?

FIFA are a bunch of f**kers and are just making in very clear they just plain don't like us.....

This season i doubt we would be recalling anyone anyway..

If Mancienne has a clause then we can recall him, we still hold the players registration so there is nothing FIFA can do! Yes as in normal circumstances if the player is on loan for a year without a break clause then we can't recall them.

It is ludicrous to even consider likening this to child trafficking....

FIFA are a useless and corrupt organisation and they are going to be made to look like fools over this...

seriously i don't know how anybody is going to do it mate, the other clubs will duck their nuts," fuck that" they'll say while FIFA and EUFA are fucking about doing anything they can think of to restrict Chelsea they're leaving us alone, anyway's they only want Chelsea.

it's fucking abysmal and criminal the way way them 2 organisations hunt us down, they fucking hate us nearly as much as i hate them anti english bastards.

does FIFA get any sort of commision etc on any transfer deals.because i`d love it if we won the lot without dipping into the transfer market.other teams might actually stickwith what they have & not buy players ,but build a strong unit of players who would fight for each over.

Chelsea: KAKUTA DEAL OK

Chelsea will produce evidence from the FA which they claim can clear their name in the Gael Kakuta 'tapping up' controversy.

The club are still waiting for FIFA to explain why they were given a double transfer window ban before launching their appeal.

And a major plank of Chelsea's defence is that the FA authorised international clearance for Kakuta after consultation with the French authorities.

Chelsea wrote to the FA two years ago asking for clarification of Kakuta's position at Lens before making a move for the talented teenager. Lens claim Kakuta had signed an 'aspirant' contract to agree professional terms at the French club.

But an investigation from the French FA could not confirm that was the case and wrote to Football Association giving international clearance to sign Kakuta.

It is this authorisation which will form part of Chelsea's evidence in their appeal.

During last month's FIFA arbitration meeting which found against Chelsea, the French FA claimed they HAD subsequently discovered evidence Kakuta had signed a pre-contract.

A Chelsea source said: "There is a vastly experienced administrative team at the club who have dealt with these siuations over many years and to suggest Chelsea would ride rough-shod over these regulations is ridiculous.

"The club received international clearance from the French authorities which gave them permission to approach Kakuta."

Chelsea were also fined 130,000 but this is a set figure to cover Lens' 'training solidarity' losses after Kakuta left their academy.

FIFA's explanation is due this week and Chelsea officials will study it closely before deciding on their next move.

If the French FA and the English FA have fucked up over this, then why are we being so heavily punished when we followed procedure ?
