the wes 7,212
Chelsea starlet Ryan Bertrand says the constant managerial changes have hurt the club's young players. The left-back, currently on-loan at Reading, said: “Each time someone new comes in you’re back to square one. “United and Arsenal have managers who’ve been there a long time. If you’re going to be an elite club, you need that.”
ZanSnake 1,211
Call stating the obivious but at least he came out and commented about it.I hope Roman lets Carlo stay at least till the end of the season IF he screws up and give the job to Hiddink. But that's an IF
EskWeston 696
It is a very big problem for us. But hopefully Carlo is going to bring some stability back to us and we can start looking at bringing these lads through. Carlo will get in depth detail on the players out on loan and will be including some more youngsters with first team training who he will get to know. Hopefully we can sort this situation out because we have a big group of talented players who should be at least being given the oppertunity to have a crack at the first team.
