Tomlewis7 0
Reports this morning claim that Chelsea, Aston Villa and Newcastle have sent scouts to this evening’s match between Scotland and Norway, to check out Brann Bergen winger Erik Huseklepp.Chelsea are thought to be favourites to sign the 24-year-old and according to a report in the Daily Telegraph this morning, "[Carlo] Ancelotti is lining up a £2.5m bid for 24-year-old Norwegian midfielder Erik Huseklepp."Huseklepp, came through the ranks at Brann Bergen, making his debut in 2005. He is currently in a rich vein of form, having scored seven goals and provided three assists in the last eight games. The 24-year-old is contracted to Brann Bergen until the end of 2010 and although he is predominantly a right-sided midfielder can also play as an out-and-out striker.Scouts in Norway describe Huseklepp as a player who is "full of flair and can be unpredictable. He played as a striker a lot during 2008, but lacks finishing skills, although he creates a lot on his own. At his best as a winger who can be exceptionally dangerous thanks to excellent dribbling and good crossing."---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Anyway. Here is a video of him...Another Youtube compilation so yeah dont read into his ability too much from just the video, although that first goal is a beast!!! Term-X 7,891
great.. a 24 year old right midfielder who of which is begin scouted by aston villa & newcastle and lacks finishing skills.. jesus christ if this is true we should disqualify ourselves from the champions league, unless this guy is going to be a reserve team player....jesus navas and quality proven players are the only right midfielders we should be looking at if any at all. Steve 10,227
Seems like a decent young player. He looks to have a good touch and he scored some pretty good goal from that video. But i have never seen him play a full game so i wont judge past that.

He suffers from chronic homesickness[1][2], to the extent that he has walked out of training camps within Spain because they were too far away from Seville. He also suffers from anxiety attacks and seizures. Navas initially refused to travel with Sevilla during pre-season to the United States due to his acute homesickness, later deciding that he would travel in a bid to rid himself of this condition. Why the fuck would you want navas ? Tomlewis7 0
Navas has all those problems and yet his first name is JESUS.....And personally having never seen Erik in anything other than these youtube videos...He seems to have a good amount of pace and skill on the ball, he's 24...Young enough to be a player we can keep for years on end, but old enough to have had enough playing experience in his career...For that little money...Would probably put up with being on the bench a lot of the time...Theres not really too much of a risk involved in this one....As opposed to a 40 million epic fail

Badboy 1,526
What has him being a "gitano" got anything to do with anything?Terminator x suggested we bought jesus navas i just pointed out he aint an option. If he is having anxiety attacks and seizures because he is too far away from seville imagine how he is going to react being in a total different country. BlueLion. 21,491
Navas is reluctant to go and play at away matches for Sevilla as well, I think.
