BTW ill be sitting in the East lower south family area. Row F. Im sitting there because ill be with my family. Does anyone know if these are good seats. I got told there behind the coaches box?

What seat number are you mate? Row F is a great view, I sat there for the Boro game back in January this year, really good view of the pitch.

In that case I believe you are quite correct! If I remember the East Lower correctly that puts you about 5 metres away from the dugout.

Yes you will have to get to the ground an hour early watch them train then when they go back in to the changing rooms the coaches will sign your stuff before kick off.
